Yes, I memtested it for many hours, the memory is good.

Yes, often times I do get the flashing on the keyboard, when the locks hard.

The memory is good, the CPU's never exceed 36-37 degrees, the power
supply is good, I went through three motherboards... the problem is
definitely with the cpus.

Incidentally, since I have patched, the system has thus far proven
itself to be more stable (still testing).  It would have locked or hung
at least twice by now, and it hasn't yet.. knock on wood...
